FAQ

FAQ page for my shop...
Frequently Asked Questions:

Where do I tell you what names/words I'd like stamped on my order?
Please leave all names/words, font choice, and any other details of your order in the "message to seller" box which is located down at the bottom during checkout. Be sure to double check the spelling on names since this is where I get my order list (not from convos).

Can you stamp on the back of the jewelry?

No, the stamps sink into the metal and the impression shows on the opposite side, no matter how thick our available metals are.

How will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped via USPS first class mail with insurance and delivery confirmation. They are shipped in a box tied with a ribbon-- perfect for gift giving. (If you need to upgrade to priority shipping please contact us.)

Can I get a gift tag?
Yes, just request a gift tag (no extra charge), and let me know what text you'd like included on it. This is the perfect choice when shipping your order directly to the gift recipient!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are generally finished and shipped within 2 weeks of order placement, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for in-transit time.
Please note that during our busiest times of the year (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas) it may take longer than normal to finish your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, on a case by case basis. We prefer not to ship internationally during the busiest times of the year, but feel free to contact us about it.

What do I do if I need my order rushed?
If you need your order rush please contact us first! It may not always be possible to fit in a rush order, but many times we can do it without a problem. Please note that a rush fee may be applied depending on the circumstances.

How do I clean my jewelry?

It is best to clean your jewelry with a silver polishing cloth or a polish pad. A small polishing cloth is included with your order. Repeatedly getting the letters wet can eventually result in fading.

Thanks for stopping by!
