I'm running behind again today.
My little guy has been running a fever
and just not feeling well.
So today has been another day for snuggling and comforting.

But I still wanted to share these fun Valentine's Day ideas with you.

Today we're having a stay at home day
because my daughter is sick.

I don't know about all of you,
but I'm really wanting to get my house organized
now that the holidays are over.

So when I saw this storage basket tutorial
I knew it was something I had to share with you all.
These baskets are perfect in a nursery, toy room, or even an office or kitchen.

Tutorial Tuesday: Faux Metal Art

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and holiday season! It was hard going back to "real life" but we're back in the swing of things now.

Over Christmas break we've been doing some changes on our kitchen. We now have a new floor and new counters, which I am absolutely loving! But I will need some new artwork for the wall (and a backsplash one of these days too, but that will have to wait). I saw these "faux metal" art pieces over at Suzy's Artsy-Craftsy Sitcom and loved them.
